HOMEIMAGE Electric 7 Egg Boiler/Cooker with Stainless Steel Body - HI-702
I just want to post a simple write up of what I did and the result it produced. First experience is opening up the box; the unit contains the base, the tray, the lid, the measuring cup, a user guide, and an egg poacher tray.
After looking at the instructions, I put 2 eggs in with about 50% of the water. I didn’t poke the egg with the pin that is at the bottom of the measuring cup. I turned on the power switch. (You need to make sure the lid aligned in place tightly before turning it on). First attempt: About 20 seconds later, I see steam starting to disburse and circulating inside the cooker. About 7 or 8 minutes afterward, the power shut off itself. I took the eggs out immediately, I can feel the egg is very hot which it should be. The Result? The white is medium cooked. The yellow is soft and creamy. Second attempt: I filled the measuring cup to almost full for harder boil. Approximately 12 minutes later, the power is now off. I waited a few minutes for the eggs to...
Working very nicely.
My previous one had to be trashed.
I picked this one in part because it's easily cleanable and because it shuts off when the eggs are done which many others amazingly enough don't do.
Excellent!
I am using it daily and I am very satisfied with the outcome. If you are looking for an alternative to fry your eggs this boiler will do the work.
