Not the same as part # 3390721
The felt seal on this part is only about half as high as that on the original part and does not seal as well. Sears says that the parts are interchangeable, but that is not the case.

My parent's lint screen on their dryer was literally breaking apart. They are getting up there in their years and i figured because of this they would have probably just ended up buying another dryer because of the lint screen eroding, so i found out the make & model number of it, googled it and did a little bit of shopping. 98% of the time i can find the best price on amazon.com and sure enough, this was a much better price than one of those vacuum replacement part websites.
No complaints about the lint screen, it's similar to the old one but with that plastic part in the middle. Good buy.
Excellent replacement
It works better than the original. Was a little hard to figure out what the replacement should be but with my son's help we chose the correct replacement.
