Hamilton Beach 31510 6-Slice Toaster Oven

Good Toaster Oven, works as expected
I purchased this oven a few months ago, it works well, burners on top and bottom, 1300 watts, its a bit smaller than I expected, I may have gotten a larger one in hindsight to accommodate frozen pizza's, casseroles ect, but its easy to use, bake setting, toast setting broil setting, temperature gauge and timer, nothing fancy. The vent is on the top, so you don't want to put stuff on top of it,(that's how my last oven died), and I'm always looking at the cord to make sure it's not up against the toaster, if you want a basic toaster oven for small reheats, toast and broiling this model gets it done and functions well.

it works...
Nice looking toaster oven, I definitely like the fact that it's a 6 slice oven. I find it really easy to use and it has so many uses. It's also a great deal! I'm glad I bought it.

Hamilton Beach leads the pack in toaster ovens.
I replaced an old toaster oven, which was not always off when I turned it off. I searched for weeks to find the right replacement. I wanted the black and silver color, compact size and toaster over only. Originally I thought I wanted convection combo, but when I heard the mess the fans can make, I abandoned that idea. The oven has an easy to clean crumb tray, which you access from the front. It does what it is supposed to do and is easy to operate. I would recommend it to anyone, with a caution to those with small children. Frankly, it seems to be the best of the lot, in a field of small appliances which all seem to have one common flaw - the outside gets hot, thus the one star withheld.
Luckily, I have plenty of counter space to allow it breathing room, so I can use it with normal caution. Every unit checked had this same fault, but this one is actually off, when you turn it off. So, I am pleased with my upgrade.
